When dealing with the more difficult parts of estates the use of STEP solicitors is drummed home as it is very important.

What some may not know is STEP have their own forums that are open access to read and often cover similar questions to those asked here.

You won't always find a 100% match but will often help understand a situation better so you have more of a clue what a STEP solicitor is on about when dealing with them

Even if you don't have a specific situation in mind it can be quite an interesting read at times.

    Interesting. The forum members are not very free with their advice to each other as most posts are without any replies at all. Still if you can charge £250+VAT per hour for your specialised knowledge ........................
