I think upper estimates suggest 858,000 petrol vehicles and 782,000 diesels will be hit. TfL say 255,000 petrols and 321,000 diesels.Read the latest MSE News

That's quite a discrepancy. Is that per day, per year? It really is a tiny proportion of vehicles, although probably not as few as 0.0000001%0 -
Weirdly my 18 year old 1.4 petrol engine is exempt from the ULEZ. If I ever want to sell it, I'll drive it to london and try to hock it there as a cheap runaround.
Annoyingly the ultra rich who live in the middle of London are exempt from the ULEZ for 3 years. They already get a 90% discount on the congestion charge ,I don't know why.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0 -
What about the not so rich that perhaps live just the other side of the CC/ULEZ boundary?
They don't get any discount.0
