    Hello
14/18 today, I was invited to a leaving do on Wednesday that got a bit messy. It was fun but yesterday I was up at 4.30 to catch a flight and it was a very long day.
I'm still suffering with my tummy, I feel nauseous all the time and have got really upset guts. I just don't know what it is but will try and get hold of a probiotic this weekend.
I also hit my 4/4 target for the SNC so am pleased about that.
On my flight back home now after a quick visit north, looking forward to a smug, hangover free Saturday morning.

Thinking of you both Arsenal Bernie and Arkers - hope the time goes quickly.

I've had a disastrous June but aiming for a much better July so will try for 18 and 4SNC from Monday.

    Hi everyone

I've just found this thread and wondered if I could join in for July? I've been drinking more than usual since I quit smoking last year and this thread seems like a supportive place to keep track of it and try to reduce.

Do you post monthly targets at the start of the month?

    Thanks.

Yes we do. Just shout out the number of AFDs you want to aim for - or you can go TF (target free) if you like.

I also run smaller challenges most weeks called the school night challenge. It runs from Sunday to Thursday and you can aim for anything from 5 to 1 night.

    Welcome!
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
