Hello, I hope everyone had a lovely day yesterday. 
I drank one large glass of wine with my Christmas Day leftovers supper and two gins with Fentimans rose lemonade sipped through the evening. It didn't feel excessive but still amounted to another 7 units. The recommended weekly max 14 units just isn't happening this week 😕 but it is Christmas. X
