Declaring early for today Thursday so 24/21 please. 

Yesterday I really struggled not to open a bottle of wine. I know why, some family issues going on that had really upset me and I was also very tired but still a bit surprised as I thought I had been doing so well. That's why posting daily is so important, one of the factors that stopped me was having to come back on here and say I had not had an AF day. 

Hope everyone else had and will have a good day.
