Morning all, I'll say 30/21 for me today but I might, might have a drink tonight. We'll see. I haven't drunk anything since June 23rd, I worked out, which amazes me!

It's a good idea but personally my favourite smiley to earn is "target beaten" 😃. I suppose if your target was less than the whole month you could have both🤔

Well done to everyone who has reached or beaten their targets this month. Been trying to avoid typing out long tiresome posts but struggling a bit with the new, approved format of updates but here goes:
