Good morning everyone.
22/21 for yesterday please cathybird.
That 22nd dry day was more difficult than any for ages. I have been generally alcohol free on 'school nights' for some time; not thinking about it really. Yesterday evening I was watching TV and someone was having a glass of wine and I really really wanted a drink! I didn't but it made me realise that if you have a disordered relationship with alcohol (as I still have) it can creep up on you☹️.

That's happened to me too marahouti. Just goes to show the power of advertising. I've often seen someone having a drink on tv and felt the same. I think it's about selling a lifestyle. When I first started cutting down, I found it difficult driving home from work past wine bars , looking in at the brightly lit interiors at people having fun. It's just as much fun on weekends though.

11/10 AFDs please Cathy.4 -
6/16 for this evening please Cathy. Could you put me down for 16 in August when the time comes.
I get that too Marahouti, and agree with Maman it's hard to pass bars, especially if you are walking you don't even need to stop and park!https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6621582/ynab-robber-needs-help-to-execute-the-plan/p1

Welcome back Arsenalbarnsie. I’m the same, woman always seem to be rewarding themselves with really cold glasses of white wine in the programmes I watch after a day at work lol3
