Well done Shaggy to have lost 4lbs - amazing. I will be joining you on dieting once back from hols. Very boring as I lost weight last year and have put it all back on - why when it was so hard to lose in the first place? Must continue with cutting down alcohol as drinking wine definitely makes me put on weight!

Thank you Shaggy for soldiering on with the totals and for your excellent weight loss. I think am going to aim extremely low for March and say 7 please. At least I will have beaten Febs total if I manage it. Am starting my 16/8 fasting again as eating breakfast just does not agree with my weightloss. This should in theory help my alcohol intake as my fast starts at 8pm.Thanks Cathybird too for the annuals
