cathybird said:Did anyone watch "Mad Men" back in the day? ... I'm rewatching it and you know how everyone on TV drinks? ... On "Mad Men" they drink about five times as much as everyone else on TV (plus smoke like chimneys). Their whole lives seem to revolve around cocktails and slugs of whisky. Back when I first watched series 1 I would have drunk along with it but not now

14/16 for yesterday please.Hoping to achieve target by remaining AF today and on a rare Friday night as we have friends in for a meal on Saturday. Still I am pleased about that - or will be by Saturday morning. Quite agree about all the images of drinking onTV, I particularly noticed it on Sunday night in Last Tango in Halifax - definitely made me want a glass of wine having remained AF all day!4
