Will have a good long think about my target for December??
I’ve been watching the Crown ,, from the start , binge watching , instead of binge drinking!
Only 2 episodes left of series 3 !
I’ve not ever watched the Scandinavian programmes , I’m rubbish at reading of sub titles and watching what’s going on at the same time !

I think for December I won’t have a target. It’s going to be a difficult month. So much for losing 10 pounds by Christmas too!Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.0

I've got a slight dilemma for today, there's two days left in November, and I wanted to reach 28, but I only need one day to do that so I was thinking I might go out for drinks on the other day, but I don't have any specific reason to do that or place to go and December will be an expensive month on the potential dining out and drinking front. And if I do go out for drinks I don't know whether I want to do that today or tomorrow. Anyway, I'm still sitting here thinking! It's a slightly stupid problem to have really.0

Good luck with whatever you decide cathy. It's a good problem to have.;) Unless you have an unexpected invitation or just fancy a drink tomorrow I think I'd take the mse option.:money: That way you've saved yourself some money to offset against December spending (and drinking).
Back from my short break. We had a great time and, as hoped, drinking was limited to sharing a bottle over dinner. We were flying yesterday evening and when I got home my need for a cuppa was greater than my need for wine. So an unexpected extra day for November.
13/10 AFDs please Shaggy.
Thanks for adding me to December's list. The month isn't going to get off to a good start as I have my first pre Christmas 'do' on Monday: gin tasting!:o0 -
Good afternoon everyone,
16 please Shaggy
Off out with some girlfriends this evening, but I am driving tempted but I know there are a lot of temptations to drink in the coming weeks so it'll do me good. Booked into an attack class tomorrow't morning to make sure I don't cave.

I am up to 19 for the month which is where it will end as I will drink tonight and tomorrow.
Had intended to get 20, but never mind. I caved on Wednesday and drank. Too much, yawn. Felt it yesterday, not so much that I couldn't function or anybody else would notice, but still not a sensible thing to do. And there was no reason for it.
So all I have to do in December to make my total of 183 is stick to 19 again. It is doable, I know, but it is December, but we shall see. I mean really, it's saying I can drink for 11 of the days, so should be easy, right? Four weekends which equal 8 days and then three extra for Xmas Day, NYE etc. I have no parties or anything to worry about (get the violins out!) except the office dinner which is on a Friday anyways.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
