Good morning everyone. No more AF days to report. As planned, yesterday was a drinking day. However, the dress I wore yesterday evening felt a little tight so I have just weighed myself - I am 5lbs over my 'happy' weight  . It looks like the Snickers bar I have been having every evening to distract/reward myself and generally eating more because "I'm not having as many wine calories" has had an effect. So I would like to join the Christmas weight loss challenge please Shaggy. I am starting off at 9st 8lbs and would like to lose 5lbs. I'll weigh myself weekly and report. Thank you for doing this in addition to everything else you do. XX
  • 10/15 please. Not going to meet my target this month. Still struggling with grumpiness I think due to all my hormones being taken away from me. OH off to the land of the rising sun this week, to watch a game with a funny shaped ball. Just me and DD for 10 days, bliss. So aiming to bag quite a few afds for beginning of October and some weight loss. Will start today.
Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.

I was out and driving last night. I did consider a nightcap when I got back but decided it would be a bad idea to waste an AF opportunity.:D

    16/10 AFDs please Shaggy

    25/25 AFDs today
  • Hi
So I've realised that I have been getting my numbers wrong and I should have been saying my scores out of 9 days not 8! I'm declaring super early today as I definitely won't have a drink tonight. I haven't reached my target but have clocked up 8/9. The reason is that it was my birthday yesterday and I had three drinks last night with a total of 4.5 units. Despite not achieving my target I am really pleased that I managed to stop altogether for 7 days and only drink on my birthday. I also know that if it hadn't been a special occasion, I wouldn't have had any.
Thank you everyone for your support and I'll try super hard to hit target in October. :D
  • Saw off September with no trouble at all really. Those who say it gets easier the longer you go are right.

30/30 for September and I am up to 5 months/156 days consecutive completely AF.

Not sure what to put for Oct. If I can make it to end of the month, I would make it a round 6 months AF, but I did always plan to resume at some point in October, it depends on the timing of a couple of social things. I’ll say 30/31 for next month please with the aim hopefully of not drinking until the last weekend of the month. Good luck to all with your totals.
  • Well done Slowdown you’re doing great.
Season of Mist that is a great achievement .

11/15 today for me. Must try super hard in October.

Morning all, 24/21 for me today. :) Last night was not an AFD, a catch-up with friends, immensely enjoyable and I'm not too bad this morning but I'm still feeling a little wonky! It's good to have AFDs. :)
