Good luck with losing those holiday pounds Shaggy. I seem to have far too many days out getting in the way of weightloss, it's hard to focus on healthy eating. Yesterday I had just a single glass of wine. So not an AF day but was tempted to carry on later but didn't so that's a positive. Definitely back on the wagon today.
