Has anyone had this happen?
We applied for PPI through resolver in Feb/march.
We received a letter from Barclays on 25/3 upholding our claim along with a £5k+ cheque.
We banked this cheque on 26/3 through our Nationwide branch.
On 28/3 I checked online for my pension payment, only to notice that the Barclays PPI check had been deducted again.
With great difficulty we finally got an answer about this on 2/4 from a Barclays PPI team manager, who promised to get our case resolved with a re-issued cheque.
For some reason Barclays stopped our cheque in clearing, reason obscure.
On 6/4 we received a letter from Barclays-same source as before, saying our case has been re-opened.
Can anyone advise us what to do next?

Did they actually uphold your complaint or was it a Plevin payout?

Just wondering if it was a Plevin payout and they have changed their mind and are now going to uphold it.

    Wait until you know more.
