Larger towns in Suffolk?

Anyone advise on towns in Suffolk, which have good aminities and would suit a younger family? Aware of Ipswich, like Bury St Edmunds (despite the volume of traffic and parking issues within the town!) just wondered what other towns are in the county? I used to live in Haverhill so also seen the changes their which dont seem to be for the best!

Beccles, Brandon, Bungay, Felixstowe, Hadleigh, Lowestoft, Mildenhall, Newmarket, Stowmarket, Sudbury, Woodbridge are all in Suffolk. Lowestoft is bigger than Bury, not sure about Felixstowe. All the rest are smaller.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
