Hi! My boyfriend is Italian and has a mortgage on a property in Italy. Is he able to get a HTB ISA and get the bonus from the government upon purchasing a U.K. property?
I ask this as I know you need to be a first time buyer, however does that only include first time buyer in the U.K.?
