Mitsubishi Breakdown cover

I have this on my new car. Anyone any experience ? Worthwhile ? Am wondering whether to renew my existing Autoaid cover, (as well), or not

    They might not be the fastest but at least your car should end up in the right place. Take the cover whilst you have it and don't renew your Autoaid until you need it.

    It's a new car so you would be very unlucky if you needed either.

    Ford give you free pan European breakdown cover when you have a car serviced with them. It is of the "roadside repair or recovery to nearest garage" type so quite basic. I would imagine that the Mitsi one is similar. If you only require basic cover then its fine but if you want things like onward travel or your car recovering to a location of your choosing then you may want to continue with your AutoAid cover.

    I was told at my last service that they no longer do this (and in fact hadn't done it for a while, so I'd gone at least one year with no breakdown cover, fortunately without needing it). As I understand it the cover is now only offered for the first year from purchase (not sure if it's only for new cars). I now have AutoAid cover.
