AutoAid breakdown cover refund

I bought policy on 29 March 2019, to start 1 April. Total cost £50. Cancelled on 3 April.
AutoAid will refund only £10, charging £15 admin fee and £25 for time on cover
.
I have not used any Autoaid recovery services.
My new car includes free breakdown cover for 2 years. I explained this to AutoAid as my mistake, so please refund. No luck, then asked to defer cover for 2 years. They refuse to budge.
Would you expect a full refund?
Thanks

They have a £15 admin fee and a minimum charge of £15 plus IPT
So what explanation did they give you for extra £10?The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0
