Electrical Heating Ideas for Cold Bedroom

I live in a flat with a storage heater (in the hall) and electric fire in the living room but there’s nothing in the bedroom.
Does anyone have any ideas for electrical heating for the bedroom (quite small room) and one that is quite economical to run?
Thanks in advance
Mac
PS – I’ve tried the Homebase white radiators and the only thing that warms up with those are the heaters themselves and they don’t really generate much heat around the room!

We have an electric fan heater in our bedroom to supliment the radiator when it is very cold. It only needs to be left on for 10 or 15 minutes to heat the room when needed.0
