HELP. Rated people no checks on conmen tradesmen

WArning and I need help on what to do next.

Rated people do not do sufficient checks on trades people and NOT fit for purpose.

I have informed rated people of a serious rouge trader. He has had 5 different accounts all ending in CCJs as he has robbed customers money using different aisles. He is not even qualified or has certificates??!! This has been found out by me paying for a solicitor to do investigating and searches.

I informed them of this and all they have done is stopped his current account - and wanted to jump on my legal action which currently stands at high court. He has also been on the tele for his con artist rouge trading and ripped people of their life savings.

Is this not fraud by false representation that they have aided. I have requested the everyone who they have been allowed to be conned by this man get their money paid back but still nothing. This has been direct with the CEO but she doesn’t seem to bothered

If you have any ideas what I should do next so not one person has to been affected by this vile scum bag please help.

I want to make this as public as possible so no one else loses their money sanity or mental health

Also by conning customers I mean taking thousands in deposits for work up front and gambling this money - 5 different accounts he has managed to get in different names past their ‘vetting system’

You paid your solicitor to investigate and do searches on this individual, what does your solictor suggest your next step is?

You say its already in the high court, so you have taken the next step?

You informed who and stopped their current account?

I’m afraid to say, criminals commit crime.
I understand you are trying to find out how ratedpeople can permit this to happen.
What IS their excuse!
But they are a platform, it’s all about money.

No I haven’t as I seriously don’t have a clue who regulates rated people and who to report to why I came on here for advice.

Celia Francis wants to use my legal process to see justice served but I strongly disagree with this as they have allowed through their serious flawed vetting process to allow this man to con multiple people - they think by closing account down is enough - but people have lost thousands because of their error, I contacted one of the ladies and she had a very bad turn for mental health it’s not fair and if it is that easy to dodge their system I dread to think the amount of people who has fallen foul.

Just that I might find some more things on google( given enough time) that may help.
Also, if you want to name the trader via the correct links on here there it may help to bring him to the attention of others who may then post on this thread.
Posting this on here may make it harder for him to trade as customers will see it in the google search.

I have CCJ list, I have all companies he has set up and interestingly his new business has been registered as a PLC at companies house by a new woman he had clearly manipulated to get another rated people account.

How do I tackle rated people do you think? It needs to be made public how seriously flawed their vetting system is
