Depends on context, surely?Since this forum excels in pedantry, if it plugs into a wall socket, it will be low voltage. It's only high voltage if it's over 1000V.
"High voltage" is routinely used to refer to 230v, while "low voltage" would refer to 12v or similar.

As I recall, the EU Low Voltage Directive (LVD) relates to voltages below 50V. By assumption, anything above that must be high voltage.0
