house deeds?

Hi there, can anyone tell me how we can find out who's name is on the deeds of a property. Can find the original deeds due to family conflict they have disappeared

    You can download a copy from the Land Registry web site assuming the property is registered.

    You can download a copy from the Land Registry web site assuming the property is registered.

    ...and assuming the property is in England! In Scotland you would email Registers of Scotland and (for a very reasonable fee) they would do a title search.
