What's the best console for keeping fit?

My wife's friend has a number of medical problems and is massively acrophobic, so she has a major problem leaving her house.

She's looking for a console with 'games' if that's the right word, to keep fit with.

I've not had a games machine for years, the last was the first Wii with the board and Wii fit.

Can anyone recommend what's the best way to go and if there are any Yoga programs for any of them.

Many thanks...

"Acrophobic" relates to a fear of heights - presumably you mean "agrophobic"?

I would have thought that the nice Mr Google would be the first place to discover on what platforms "keep fit" and "yoga" could be found.

I was hoping someone could recommend a few titles, Google does throw up a number but that doesn't mean they're any good.

We had a yoga for the wii and it was completely useless. . .

If your wife's friend "has a number of medical problems" this suggests that she needs the services of a personal fitness trainer/adviser and not some games toy.

Well mental stimulation can be provided by doing the crosswords in the newspaper (somebody wrote to a newspaper once and told the editor of the time they always do the crossword first thing in the morning to see if they've got enough marbles left to make it worth their while getting up).

For physical, well that depends on the medical problems. Somebody with severe arthritis probably wouldn't be any good at Buckaroo for example.

In an ideal world that would be the solution.

In the real world, where do you suggest someone that has to live on benefits gets the £45 an hour a personal trainer charges?
