Shpock take ages to reply to messages.
Shpock doesn't protect sellers from scamming buyers.
A person called Veronika S sends incorrect fake money to attempt to buy something which is against Shpocks (legally binding commitment) and Shpock defends her, and allows her to post not one but three negative nasty reviews against me when your only allowed one.
Not only that she gets other people involved sending verbal abuse..calling me a c**t!

I'm not sure I understand- shpock don't take payments the seller takes payment so how can they be facilitating fake money?

If a seller takes fake money then they have all the usual protection under law- it's just the same as selling anywhere, through facebook or small ads etc - sellers need to be able to check notes and decide whether or not the are happy to accept. Even in a shop where notes may be passed by accident it is still up to the person receiving them to be aware.

If you have received fake notes that you think we passed deliberately then inform the police, get a crime number and go back to Shpock with your evidence. One tip is to contact them via Facebook, they tend to respond in a matter of hours.

Whats incorrect fake money? Do you want the correct fake money?

    Shpocks terms.
The operator is not responsible for content generated by users.

The classified buying and renting ads and user posts are not legally binding offers by the Operator

The fulfilment of these contracts concluded via Shpock is carried out exclusively among the users. The Operator therefore only provides the technical framework for users to conclude such contracts.

The buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price and to pick up the item from the seller. The seller is obliged to sell the item shown and described in the classified ad.
Obliged to pay and to sell, different to a legal binding contract when money has not yet been handed over?
