price difference between semi and terraced / number of neighbours

Actually, I've just done some more research.
The answer is either 21% divided by the area in m2 or the difference in council tax band compared against the number of neighbours children in an inverse square.
Slithery by name, slithery by nature...!
The actual answer is eleventy-fife miiiiiiilllllion groats, twelvety schekels, a night with the vendor's wife, and his second best milking cow.
Anything else is just insulting, and marks you out as an amateur.1 -
An end terrace to me is the same as a semi, so I would expect no discount between end of terrace and semi, but a discount on mid terrace to end terrace.
I love terraced houses0 -
At the time i made the post In around 10 min I was able to find on RM in a 1-3 mile radius 20% to 35% differences between side driveways and non side driveway, and end terrace, the only thing i didn't look at and account for was rear garden size.
I tried to find very close in size, bedrooms and condition houses to see if i could workout the added value, but every area will differ.
Semis are usually more square with terraced long and thin but i tried to find homes with the same internal space, 40% was maybe a little too genuineness.
I would never knowingly move into a house with 2 flats next door, at least with a house when they go to work you usually get peace and quiet, you would have up to 4 adults with 4 different schedules coming and going more chance 1 set will play music till 3am.
But then I would never knowingly move into a house with next door rented out either, sooner later the will be bad tenants or party animals, and the garden a tip.
I rent and my neighbour owns, and his garden is a nightmare. The people over the road from me own, they're kids all have motorbikes. The lady at the back of me owns, she's nice. And at any point it could all change .... you must live in a constant state of stress about renters
