Affect Energy - end of Fixed Price Tariff

Great company - taken over by Octopus - a not so great company.

My fixed tariff expires end April, Affect email me in March with new tariff details. Affect website forwards you to Octopus website. No new tariff information on Octopus website.
Send email asking what tariffs on offer. No response.
Ring 2 days later and as a result sent Affect standard tariff. (Listen to messages whilst on hold saying how good their email system is and please send us an email etc.).
Ring again to be told that standard tariff is all that Octopus can offer Affect customers as they are having system problems migrating Affect customers, might be sorted by 1 May (i.e. after my present tariff expires).

Do comparison on MSE, change to another supplier.
