and it gets worse (or better)

now being in financial trouble Rigby decided to sell off the guild hall (that he got cheap from the counsil) , the sale of this would pay all his creditors off and buy him some cigars

the boss of the firm buying it , died in a car crash

    NO SALE

rigby has had to close the guild hall , and will now have to pay back all ticket moneys taken for forthcoming events

I feel sorry for you Mr rigby

When instead of providing a good service and taking a profit commensurate with the risk some people push their luck. Eventually this all comes home to roost.

Take Jamie Oliver for example, not in the same category as the PPC's (people had a choice). He has been charging very high prices for what is basically a very cheap product. This has not turned out well. I think he thought that using his name as the brand he could get away with bowls of pasta at high prices.

    Nolite te bast--des carborundorum.
  • well he has put the guild hall into administration

whilst he sits there with that big fat grin on his face , he does not give 2 hoots about the people who have lost money

basically non of the companies he owed large amounts to have received the money for performing or providing services

he has sold tickets for upcoming events , non of which will be returned by him , local paper is suggesting if you paid by credit card , debit card to ask your bank for a refund , if you paid in the box office with cash , then fat boy has spent it on pies

And there lies the problem in going after the parking company for data breaches/harassment etc.
Always include the landowner as principle
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
  • Ironically , his 2 biggest "honeypots" with regard to parking , are sites owned by preston counsil and leased to him
  • all kicking off now

rugby sets up a Charity , a dormant company , then transfers guild hall to it

preston counsil kick off , accuse him of breaking his lease and seize the property back
