Over Charged moneys for not paying enuff

Hi, I need some Advice:- I have apply to a PPI company and they said that Halifax had said that they had sold me PPI they let me claim on my own.

I have applied to Halifax three times claiming every thing one could think of and they say that I did not have any PPI or any thing els!!!
The reason I am on here today is because when I had a back loan with them and needed a new loan I had to take out a loan that would pay off the old one at the same time, I was asked if I wonted PPI but I said NO.
I also had a Credit Card with a date's of over £18,000 all in all but not all with Halifax. But paying them off through Halifax.
All of a sudden I started to be charged mare and more a month until I had no money's in my account as I'm on benefit ( Disabled ) I complained about this more then ten time and all I got is that I was being charged this extra money was because I was only paying off the interest on the Loans and Credit Card nothing off the Credit Card it's self and not any thing of the actual Loans them selves. He was smirking as he said that. As if it was funny and or if he know something I did not.
However I had some of the money they were charging me a moth red-dust until I had some money in my account so I could pay my bills and some food but not any more.
In the end I asked all my deters to stop all Interest and frees all my loans and started paying £1 pound a month off on all my loads which is now £4 pound a moth.
What I have asked them over & over again is way if I did not have PPI what was the Extra Charges for!!!
And again No Answer and that is it so far. What can I do too gate that Answer as Way Was I Being Charged All That Money's for???
I would so like an answer as they took a lot of money's off of me without any reason that I can see.

Your post is hard to follow.

Your transactions, charges and interest will be shown on your statements. Start by looking at those.

If you only paid the minimum on credit cards your monthly payments would have gone down very very slowly.

If any of the payments were late, you would have been charged a fee.

As above, check your statements, it will be itemised what you were paying for and to who.

Sounds like the Claim Company had to "let you claim alone" because you have defaulted debt which will mean any PPI redress would go against this debt. Understand that Claim Companies often tell people they have PPI simply in order to get them to sign their contract.

Unless you have documentary evidence which disproves what they have told you now three times, I can't see any way you can progress this.

That means you were paying only the bare minimum back each month and incurring maximum interest. Did the Bank not offer you a managed account or other debt assistance when you complained ten times?

As before, even if you had PPI to complain about any money refunded would simply go towards this unpaid debt and nothing to you personally. You don't appear to have had any PPI though.

Sounds like interest and administration fees, but only your Bank can answer this.

Trying to pursue a phantom PPI complaint will do nothing to help your situation I'm afraid since you are well past the point where that might help you.

I recommend you urgently make an appointment with a debt counsellor at your local Citizen's Advice Bureau, Church or other charity. He or she should be able to help you make sense of your finances and the help/options available to you.

That's ok. The electronic statements contain the same information as the tree-based ones.

See a debt counsellor. The good thing is that you and they won't have to wade through reams of paper statements and will be able access them all online.
