Switching before rate hikes?

Hi, I'm currently with 'Avro: Simple and Glory' since last summer.
I crunched my numbers into 3 comparison providers. 2 of the providers told me I could switch to a cheaper provider 'Simplicity Energy' (never heard of them).
Would it be smart to switch before my contract ends? I don't think Avro charge for exiting early.
If I wait til July, then the offer may no longer be valid. Perhaps better to lock in a cheaper rate now.
I usually wait until the end of contract to switch because I'm lazy but maybe I should jump ship early this time.

If you are going to save by switching now then go for it
(But confirm that you don't have any exit charges to pay - only do it if it's cost effective!)0 -
That question can be asked almost every month of the year. Are prices going up between now and the end of my contract .
Key is unit costs and standing charges .0 -
Costs are going down at the moment due to the warm winter, so tariffs will be cheaper in a few months0

some costs are going down and some tariffs might be cheaper but you can't bank on it.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
We're in the summer supply season so no risks now and natural gas prices have fallen 40% since the start of the year.
They'll be going down.

I've been reading all winter that energy prices are set to rise?
