Credit on switching from Together Energy/one select
Hi
I was one one of those hoovered up by Together energy in December last year. At the end of January I moved to Avro from together and as requested sent Avro my readings when requested. Avro informed me I officially moved on 12th Feb.
Now I was around £250 in credit when I was moved to Together and they took £99 in Jan and Feb by DD.
I got a curt email from Together that they had cancelled my DD on Feb 28th but no final account. I reckon I am around anywhere from £240 - £260 in credit when switching but have not received a final bill from Together or money. It is now 7 weeks since the switch.
Do I wait or try the dreaded customer support telephone at Together?

I am in a similar position. I moved onwards from TE on 10th Feb. Hadn't had any communications from TE but when I logged into my online TE account recently I found that there was a final bill dated 10th February -it hadn't been there a few days before!
I also hadn't had a final statement from One Select - so I did phone up when the CS Agent sent me a link to the OS bill. That was incorrect because the wrong opening read had been used resulting in a lower OS credit being carried forward. I've raised a dispute re this reading via TE. BUT I'm already getting phone calls re paying the (incorrect) balance:mad:0 -
Managed to register and log onto to the Together account. They prepared a final statement based on estimates and stated no final bill could be finalised until the received my opening readings I gave to Avro.
So I'm now onto to Avro to find if they did supply the readings.
