SPRINGTIME ON THE FARM ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Competition closes at 12:00 on 23.04.2019 and 3 working days later for postal entries.

1) The prize comprises a three (3) night stay in Yorkshire for four (4) people including;

1. Standard Class Rail travel and transport up to the value of £750 from a UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Stank House Farm, the allowance will also cover return travel from Stank House to Cannon Hall Farm
2. Three (3) nights’ accommodation at Stank House Farm (the house feature three (3) bedrooms – two (2) double rooms and one (1) twin bedded all with en-suite facilities)
3. Private Tour of Cannon Hall Farm with Farmers Robert, David and Roger
4. Lunch at the White Bull Restaurant at Cannon Hall Farm
5. £1000 spending money.
6. Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the accommodation. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes

2) The prize must be taken before 30th June 2020 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 26th August 2019, 15th December 2019 to 6th January 2020, 3rd to 13th April 2020, 4th May 2020 and 25th May 2020. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.
3) Booking is subject to availability.
4) A cheque or bank transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed
5) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
6)Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities/elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
7) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
9) Accommodation, footage and images kindly provided by Devonshire Hotel and Spa and Cannon Hall Farm.
10) Should the prize winner prefer to drive themselves a mileage allowance up to the value of £750 will be offered and the rail allowance and taxi transfers will be forfeited. The allowance will be calculated on a return basis at 45p per mile from the prize winners’ home address to Skank House Farm and then to Cannon Hall Farm and back to Skank House Farm.
