Entrants must nominate someone they feel is a 'good egg' in the community for the chance to win the prize for themselves and their nominee.

6. One winner will be chosen each weekday from Friday 12th April 2019 to Wednesday 17th April 2019 from all entries received from the start of the competition up until 11:00 on the day of selection. The winners will be chosen at 11:00 the working day before the on air breakfast show reveal (e.g Monday’s winner will be chosen on Friday, Tuesday's winner will be chosen on Monday and so on). Winners will be announced on air from Monday 15th to Thursday 18th April 2019.

7. Each entry will be judged on how much of a worthy winner our Heart representative thinks they are by the strength of the written nomination. The Heart representative's decision is final.

8. The winner will be announced on air and receive a confirmation letter in the post within 28 days of the competition close date.

Eligibility:

9. All entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over.

10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

11. There will be two winners each day, the nominee and the person who nominated them. Each of these will receive £250. There will be eight winners in total, four nominees and four nominators.

12. The £250 will be sent in the form of a cheque to the address of the winner. This can take up to 28 days from the correspondence of the win.
