Good evening,
I’ve got a ccj on my report for £5000, it is showing as satisfied and the judgement date was June 2013 with a satisfied date of June 2014.
Is it the judgement date or the satisfied date that the 6 years is calculated for it to be removed from my report.
Do I need to contact any one to tell them it has been 6 years or will it just fall off?
Will I see my credit opportunities be better now it is off or will I have to get some bad credit credit cards to show responsible lending?
Thanks

It will disappear 6 years from being applied to your files. You don't need to take any action.
Not having a CCJ will mean lenders view you more positively.
Use credit cards to demonstrate responsible borrowing. Leave the responsible lending to the lenders.0 -
6 years from date of default
use an eligibility checker to see what cards are best suited for you, and try not make too many applications in a short period of time
as said, use card often for what is needed and pay off in full each month0
