Can a seller extend the listing time before any bids??

Hi
I have noticed a couple of car parts I am interested in. An amplifier and a pair of speakers.
The speakers are due to end half an hour before the Amp.
The speakers are an odd size so it is difficult to use non specific ones for this car without some modifications to the car (don't want to do that!!)
The amp will fetch more money than the speakers, but without the Amp, the speakers are useless to me.
I don't want to bid on the speakers, Win them, but then lose out on the Amp!!!
If the Auction was the other way round, the successful bidder of the Amp has an easier job, even if it does mean modifying the car.
With no bids as yet, could I ask the seller to extend the listing time until after the Amp finishes or would he have to remove the entire listing and re-list???
Thanks guys

It used to be possible as long as there were more than 12 hrs left and it had no bids but this has been stopped recently by eBay.0

No longer possible to extend the end time & the seller would have to relist, so its upto you to take a gamble0

Bug9er thanks guys.
I need to be extra strong now to resist going over my planned budget on the Amp or it could be costly!0
