Hi there Im a newbie!!

So, I am at university and received a CCJ from BW legal from parking ticket (3 years old), I paid it.

2 WEEKS LATER after paying it they give me another one that is 3 years old. suspicious??

The first letter I receive I go to contact them and they say they cannot talk to me as it has already been given to the court. GREAT.

I feel like they are using their power just to gain more money..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I need to speak to the county court tomorrow and ask for proof.

Are you saying they sent a letter telling you that they had got a CCJ by default for a parking firm, or that they sent a claim form N1 and you just paid instead of defending?

How come you missed defending these, if you do actually have CCJs? Did you miss the claim forms, were they sent to an old address? What on earth happened to make you miss claim forms?

If this second one was a Judgment in Default within the last 30 days you can pay it immediately to avoid a stain on your credit rating.

If the judgment is more than 30 days ago DO NOT JUST PAY IT as it's not wiped.
