Help understanding T-Mobile itemised bill

I've posted this on the Mobile thread, but really need an answer on this. When checking an itemised mobile bill, I am seeing another mobile number listed and next to it it says voicemail. Does this mean that a message has been left on the other mobile's voicemail, or does it mean that a voicemail message has been retrieved using our phone. Would appreciate any help. Thanks

It should mean that you have retrieved Voicemail from your mobile telephone.0
