PIP accessor report HELP

Options
Hi, I have just had a face to face appointment at my home. To cut a long story short, The accessor scored me 13 points for care and 12 points for mobility. Does any one have any advice or weather the Decision makers go with the recommendations of the accessor or will they go against it? Any help would be amazing

Mostly the DM goes with the assessors report.

In the rare exception when the DM has reduced the points, a tribunal appeal usually succeeds in reinstating the assessors scoring.

hopefully this is what they do with me as I’m very pleased with the points received by the accessor. A lot of people had said the accessors are very strict and score you very low, plus sometimes don’t right the truth. I was fortune and got a fair accessor but weather the DM agrees is another worry. Hopefully no soon enough
