hi folks, looking for some advice, took a loan out several years ago with first national and a more recent one with ge money, i have found out first national is dealt with ge money, have paperwork from both loans, both of them i know for sure were mis-sold, so phoned ge money and they informed me that the salesperson or the broker would be responsible, both loans have on their application, amount loaned to cover the ppi insurance and advice greatly appreciated

In which case, these were not sold by First National staff and GE Money are not responsible.
If these are post 14 Jan 2005 arranged loans, you would send your complaint to the broker that sold you the loan (often car dealers or the double glazing company or whoever). If it was sold before 14 Jan 2005, then you give up as its pre-regulation.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
