HI everyone,
I've got a holiday in America, flights, hotels, car hire and car insurance is all paid for. But I have a one way drop of fee of around £500 to pay and on top of that the car hire was £750 so Alamo hold that money.
In Short i have a credit card with a £500 limit on it, i was going to use that to cover the £500 fees etc but forgetting i will also need to cover the £750 hold.
At this moment Capital one won't increase my £500 limit, what do you think i should do? I was thinking putting the £500 on my debit card but then i don't know what to do about the £750 hold as it's over my credit limit and i won't have £1300 on my debit card........
Any ideas?

Apply for another credit card.0

Yeah think i might have to problem is no one tells you the credit limit until you get the card so if it's £500 again with someone else it's pointless having it.....
Anyone know a way you can guarantee a credit limit without having to actually get the card first before they tell you.0 -
No. It'll be advised upon successful application.0
