Quilting extension table for sewing machine - question

I have a Janome sewing machine with a front loading bobbin. I should like to buy a quilter's extension table to fit on it but looking at the adverts, these tables seem to be designed only for top loading bobbin machines.
Anyone used one with a front loading bobbin?
