Parking permit in London in wrong location

Any help would be appreciated.
My daughter has recently moved to London and applied for a parking permit. She had to submit car insurance and flat rental details as to proof of where she was living and duly received the permit.
However, when she first typed in her flat details she put in an incorrect postcode so her parking permit was for a different zone in Wandsworth.
She didn't know this and has proceeded to get several tickets. When she finally got around to asking why she was getting tickets she was told it's because the permit was for a different zone.
Does she have grounds for appeal?
- The documents she provided all had the correct address and post code on, as these are there for checking purposes surely that should have been flagged at the time?
- There was no mention on the tickets of what the parking violation was for, she would have probably enquired a lot earlier than she did if she knew what the issue was.
Thank you in advance

Who has issued the parking tickets? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sounds like a Wandsworth Council series of penalty charges?
She will have to appeal each and every one and get the situation reviewed by an adjudicator. Do not miss any - be really organised.
