Accounts being removed?

Hi people!

I've recently closed a few of my accounts, and cleared a HP agreement, these were over a month ago, the hp was around 40 days ago to be exact.

the other accounts were well over a month and half ago maybe even two months.

now my question is, My credit file/report/history hasn't changed AT ALL in 2 months, when it should of..Called my CRA's and they all say they haven't received updates from the lenders to say the accounts are closed, the lenders tell me they have sent all correspondence, and the information was sent over a month and half ago, surely this should of been updated to at least one of my CRA reports by now?

How do i proceed? do i get written confirmation from the lenders to send to the CRA's for them to update manually? or is it a case of just waiting?

If I remember correctly, each CRA clearly states the date that each individual credit account was updated. If the accounts are marked as having been recently updated, but have not been marked as closed, then I would contact the lenders to ask why the accounts have not been correctly updated.

Edit: Having said that, if it were me, I would probably give it another month...

Apparently the last update they had from all lenders was the 28th January , Quite frustrating that they all say they've updated last month, but nothing reflects on my file, So it shows i have around 4 credit agreements more than what i do.

Ill give it till the end of this month and go from there.
