An issue with incognito

I have been using private tab in chrome (Macbook) I've added a person to manage people options and I don't know what went wrong the normal window I used just disappear and all my history and bookmarks, extension, etc.

Now when I open chrome it's just open with a private window or with the people manage screen to choose one screen, So, I looked up and couldn't found any solution.

Already deleted chrome reset Mac, and reinstall the chrome but the same issue again, How can I get the same screen again and those bookmarks and extensions I've installed already.

Any ideas how!

Once you deleted Chrome you lost the bookmarks and extensions forever.

I was afraid to lose that so for that I logged in to my iPhone chrome to check that if the bookmarks are deleted or not but that was there, It's because of my Gmail account. But the thing is after reinstalling the chrome I have the same issue again.

Is there any way I can get back to a normal window? There's something showing right top bar "Managed by your organization" what's that supposed to mean?
