The prize consists of one nights’ accommodation with breakfast for a family of up to 4 people at a pre-selected Best Western hotel. No cash alternative will be available, and the prize is non-transferable. All bookings are subject to Best Western Central Reservations’ promotional room availability.

Should any technical issue arise the Promoter/Administrator reserves the right to withdraw the competition and/or any prizes that have been wrongly promised as a result of the technical problems.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant to the competition or any damage to any entrant’s property (including computer equipment and/or data which is stored on any equipment) as a result of using the application, entering the competition or accepting the prize.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The prize winner’s names and their regional location can be requested from the Administrator by sending a stamped addressed envelope marked “Hotel Winner” to the Promoter after 30/07/2019 and before the 15/08/2019.
Entries submitted for the competition become the property of the Promoter and may be used in further promotional activity.
The winners agree to co-operate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Personal information about entrants will only be shared with the Promoter’s competition partners and with the Promoter’s agents to the extent necessary to manage such entry and participation as an entrant or, where required, to a legal or regulatory body.
