terms and conditions:

1. The prize draw is open to all uk residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. The closing date of the prize draw is 30 april 2019. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 30 april 2019.
5. The prize will include: Two-nights’ accommodation at a country living hotel subject to availability. Breakfast will be included on the second day and the day of check out
6. The prize is to be taken by 31 december 2019 (excluding christmas & new year arrivals). Room upgrades/pre-bookable extras will need to be paid for. This prize is not transferable and if cancelled once confirmed it can’t be re-booked.
7. The prize does not include travel, spending money, car-parking, room upgrades or additional activities for which a fee is payable and any other expenditure.
8. The winner will be contacted by the promoter by email or telephone within seven days from the draw date to arrange for delivery or fulfilment (where applicable) of the prize. If the winner does not respond to the promoter within seven days of being contacted, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
