Wrong person on credit check

My son has done a soft search as he is looking for a mortgage, the search revealed a person with exact first and last name and same date of birth, but different middle names and different addresses.
It’s also shows This persons CCJ’s and defaults, none of which are my sons!
My son has always been registered at our home address.
How do we clear his record of this person ?
Any one got helpful advice please.
