DO NOT USE !!!!!
BAD customer service - shower arrived broken but because I didn't inform them within 48 hours they are rejecting the return and want to charge me another £250 for a new back panel !
They completely refuse to acknowledge the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I now have to take them to court..... however, their company is NOT registered at Companies house and it looks like the VAT number they are using is BOGUS !!!!!... hang on, just found the holding company - looks like the "Sales Assistant", Andrew Ellis is actually the Director !
The seller is saying that the item must have been broken at my house because I did not inform them within 48 hours. Contrary to what the seller is saying, the shower DID arrive broken but we didn't notice until the item was unpacked after waiting for the bathroom to be plastered.
As can be seen from the image (which I cannot add in this post as I am a new user....), this item is in the dining room downstairs and is still in its packaging !!!!!
The damage was reported to them within 2 weeks of delivery and by UK LAW a "reasonable" time is deemed to be 30 days.
Seller seems to go by various different company names, Vidalux and SteamShowerStore.co.uk and AEB Solutions Ltd - also has three dissolved companies and has proven to me to be untrustworthy - use at your own peril.

This is Andrew Ellis the owner of Steam Store. I can see this order was signed for as checked and in good condition. We ask all items are checked within a reasonable time and you had agreed to this several times. Despite this, we of course let common sense into the equation.
I see the item had been taken into the home, off the delivery pallet and out off its packaging, thus the internal items where exposed. I doubt anyone (and this was also the view of your payment company) could have the item exposed for 2 weeks and not notice the damage.
We, like all companies, have delivery damages in a small percentage of orders due too the volume we do and we live up to all governing laws and our good reputation in all these scenario's.
Please rest assured we are on hand to service this order as per normal anytime you need us-3 -

Rules?? Usually, when a customer has damages on delivery, they report this in good time after receiving the goods.
If in the event like the customer above, when the goods are in their house for weeks and months. Then months later, claim the goods arrived in this way, of course, that is an issue for us to assume that is the case
When, handling the goods themselves several times to get them into the home and when all boxes containing large glass panels being immediately obvious if there is broken glass inside (you can hear it, see the misshapen box, the weight displacement), it is hard to assume the items arrived broken and still got accepted
I do not believe any company would assume that a large glass panel (200cm x 100cm which would produce roughly 2 large buckets of glass shards) had only just been found broken months after arrival
