Outlook (2010) moved to new computer - contacts issue

Any Outlook (.exe, 2010) experts out there? Had to move outlook to a new c:drive.
1. How do Contacts get moved over? Are they in a pst file? Are they separate?
2. I have a number of "Contacts" - "Suggested Contacts" "Mobile Contacts" and a couple more, 2 of which have visible contacts in them. But nothing is in the Address Book. Do I have to move contacts (which one) to the/a Address Book.
TIA.

They will be in a pst file, most likely in C :\Users\{yourusername}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

The AppData folder will be hidden by default so do the neccessary

Thanks Andy. We have the pst files; how I do extract Contacts from a pst file (or what do they correspond to when using Outlook); and how do we see them in the/a Address Book.

My head's spinning... WAY too complicated Microsoft! The trick appears to be finding the right PST file - the Personal Folders one appears to have Contacts (probably obvious to those who know).
Then under Contacts Properties click Show this folder as an Address Book.

PS. Anybody know what th difference is between Contacts and Suggested Contacts?

Suggested contacts are people you sent mail to who are not in your contacts folder already. (or who outlook can't identify as being in contacts) They are kept separate from your good contacts so as not to pollute your contacts. Contacts are people you want in your contacts folder.

Outlook is now taking ages (sometimes) to load "profile". Is this dependent on the size of the mailbox?
