Just an update, I finally had my hearing with the judge to which the case I had built, with help from this forum completely destroyed UKCPM and Gladstones claim.
The judge awarded me costs as well to be paid by a specified date. Just a quick question, do UKCPM usually pay up or will I have to go back to court to claim the costs awarded?
    Thanks

Most PPCs are a bit tardy, but do pay up eventually, usually a few days after the deadline. I don't know of any major issues with UKCPM in not paying the costs.

Could you kindly provide us with a court report, giving us more details, and noting the name of the Judge and the court at which your hearing was held, please.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I love to read that you 'completely destroyed' the claim! Tell us more detail and did the other side send a legal rep, and what were they like when they lost?!
