You are looking for slow strong growth, by a window in a frost free garage is fine, and your outside cool shady location is OK, as long as you protect from frost. If the frosts get the shoots then they are useless. I would rather have them in the ground soon than risk exposure to jack frostNo.79 save £12k in 2020. Total end May £11610
