Hi all
I was persistent and opened a dispute with the credit card company and all of a sudden I have a refund.
Although it does say in there terms and conditions that they can change the venue at any time. But they also changed the structure of the course.
It is very frustrating that you cannot really speak to them via phone. But after 2 weeks I have my full refund so thank you for replying and if you are thinking of using this company make sure you read and the terms and conditions0
